Particularly talking about the seasons in India, they are diverse. It leads to a lot of changes in the body. The digestive system is most affected by the change in weather. Let us understand more, on Summer rutucharya -aka \u2013 Summer health &amp; diet care\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Diet recommended during Summer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sweet, light, liquid food, <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.mittaldairyfarms.com\/\">a2 Desi Ghee<\/a> (clarified butter) should be preferred. Plenty of liquids should be consumed in the form of water stored in mud pots, Drink prepared from fresh juicy fruits like mango, grapes, sugarcane, pomegranate (fruit juices), etc. with pepper and cardamom powder; tender coconut water will help to beat the heat. Similarly, a drink prepared by soaking dried grapes, fig, and dates in cold water for an hour and then churned will also help increase your stamina in this season. Buttermilk, made from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mittaldairyfarms.com\/best-A2-desi-cow-milk.php\">pure A2 Desi Cow\u2019s Milk<\/a> also helps to increase vitamin B12 responsible for many functions inside the body to keep it healthy. Fresh juicy fruits, salads (cucumber, carrots) and boiled rice may be preferred.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0Diluted syrup of some herbs and fruits is recommended- Rose, Mango, Grapes, Sandalwood, Lemon.
