What do we feed our Gir cows for A2 milk?
The milk produced by Desi Gir Cows is rich in fat content which makes it suitable for producing ghee (clarified butter) and other dairy products. At Mittal Farms, we use the best TMR (total mix ratio), which is full of minerals, proteins, and vitamins. The food is customized for cows based on their weight and age, and it is free of pesticides. The gir cows are usually fed Jowar, Bajra-straw, dry fodder, soya husk, jaggery etc. The food consumed by the cows is also prepared at our farm itself so that there’s no chance of any harm.
How we take care of our Gir Cows at the farm:-
The surroundings of the cows are kept hygienic, clean, and serene. They have a 24×7 fan facility provided at the farm.
Cows also enjoy traditional music throughout their stay at our farm. They have access to the best water and sprinkler facilities to beat the heat. Additionally, they are provided shelter to protect them from intense sunlight and rainfall.
