Plenty of liquids should be consumed in the form of water stored in mud pots, Drink prepared from fresh juicy fruits like mango, grapes, sugarcane, pomegranate (fruit juices), etc. with pepper and cardamom powder; tender coconut water will help to beat the heat. Similarly, a drink prepared by soaking dried grapes, fig, and dates in cold water for an hour and then churned will also help increase your stamina in this season. Buttermilk, made from pure A2 Desi Cow’s Milk also helps to increase vitamin B12 responsible for many functions inside the body to keep it healthy.
