5 simple, daily Habits for a Healthy Lifestyle

It’s still the first month of the year so don’t give up on your resolutions for a healthy lifestyle just yet. Morning bed routine

Avoid using your phone before bed
Using your phone right before you sleep, or depending on your phone to help you sleep will only worsen the quality of sleep that you may get.

Keeping the phone away from your bed 30 minutes before you sleep is a good way to ensure good quality sleep.
