Desi Milk – A sweet, yet healthy delight!

Ingredients:

  • Powdered Rice – ¾ cup
  • Sugar  – to taste
  • Desi A2 milk – 1 ltr
  • Pistachios or saffron as toppings

Recipe:

  • Boil the milk
  • Add pre-washed powdered rice
  • Add sugar
  • Let it cook until thick
  • Top it with pistachios or a few strands of saffron

2.       Malai Kulfi

Ingredients:

  • Desi Cow A2 milk – 1ltr
  • Desi malai – 1 cup
  • Almonds
  • Kesar/saffron
  • Pistachios
  • Sugar – ¼ cup
  • Mawa – 1tbsp

Recipe:

  • Heat the milk and cream
  • Add the mawa
  • Stir continuously
  • Let the milk boy at regular intervals
  • Add the dried fruits and kesar
  • Keep boiling till it reduces to half, or thickens
  • Add sugar
  • Boil some more
  • Refrigerate after putting it in moulds or matkas

3.       Strawberry Banana Split

This one of full of wonders. What comes off as an intense, flavorful and rich milkshake is nothing but milk and fruits. Easy to make and delicious to taste – a must make at home.

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries
  • Banana
  • Desi A2 milk
  • Frozen yogurt
  • Sugar – to taste

Recipe:

  • Just add everything to a blender till the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour in tall glasses and enjoy with fruit garnishing
