Daily Regimen – The Ayurveda Way!

Dincharya is an Ayurveda daily regimen that teaches how to live a better, happier, and longer life while avoiding any diseases. To achieve profound transformation in the body, mind, and consciousness, regular practice is required. Routine aids in the establishment of balance in the body. It also promotes self-esteem, discipline, peace, happiness, and longevity by regulating a person’s biological clock, assisting digestion, absorption, and assimilation, and promoting self-esteem, discipline, peace, happiness, and longevity. Wake up at Bramha Muhurta  It is advantageous to awaken before the sun rises, when nature has loving (sattvic) qualities that promote mental clarity and a sense of freshness. Sunrise times vary with the seasons, but Vata people should get up at about 6 a.m., pitta people around 5:30 a.m., and Kapha people around 4:30 a.m. Look at your hands for a few moments after waking up, then softly move them over your face and chest. This cleans Aura. Pray to God & clean yourself When you pray to God, the most important thing is to keep a pleasant grin on your face and to feel happiness, peace, and kindness in your mind. This is even more important for living a stress-free life and boosting your memory, IQ, mental capacities, and analytical talents. Then, evacuate yourself. Workout Yoga, in particular, enhances circulation, strength, and endurance when done regularly. It aids relaxation and restful sleep, as well as improved digestion and excretion. Daily, exercise to half your maximum capacity, or until sweat appears on your forehead, armpits, and spine. You must perform an exercise to the best of your ability. 45 minutes of exercise per day, on average, helps to prevent lifestyle diseases.  If you’ve never exercised or done any physical work before, build up to 45 minutes of activity over a few weeks. Vata: Sun salutation x 12, done slowly; Leg lifting; Camel; Cobra; Cat; Cow. Slow, gentle exercise.  Pitta: Moon salutation x 16, moderately fast; Fish; Boat; Bow. Calming exercise.  Kapha: Sun salutation x 12, done rapidly; Bridge; Peacock; Palm tree; Lion. Vigorous exercise. Pranayama After exercise, sit quietly and do some deep breathing exercises as follows: 12 alternate nostril breaths for vata;  16 cooling breaths (curling up your tongue lengthwise and breathing through it) for pitta;  100 Bhastrika (short, fast breaths) for Kapha. Bathing Bathing is cleansing and refreshing. It removes sweat, dirt, and fatigue, brings energy to the body, clarity to the mind, and holiness to your life. Pouring hot or warm water on the head is not a good idea. It’s also a good idea to stay away from water that’s too chilly. Hot or warm water head baths, according to Ayurveda, reduce vision and hair strength. Breakfast  Now it is time for your breakfast! Your meal should be light in the hot months or if your Agni is low, and more substantial in the cold. Enjoy your day!  Try to include natural fruits & vegetables in your diet & consume only Desi Cow products such as Desi Ghee, Desi Milk, curd set by the use of Desi milk & so on.
